xDEEP STEALTH 2.0 RB TEC - Sidemount Redundancy Bladder
The TEC Wing – more buoyancy with a better streamlined shape. If something catches first during wreck or cave diving, it's likely to be the diver's shoulder area. xDEEP analyzed this situation and reinforced the upper section of the TEC Wing bladder, as well as improving the fit. With the TEC bladder, air only flows to the lower section and the sides, keeping the profile underwater slim. The material mix of 1100dTEX Cordura for the outer shell and 440dTEX nylon for the inner bladder also contributes to surviving contact with the wreck or cave unscathed. All for the diver's safety.
TWO IS BETTER.
The xDEEP STEALTH 2.0 TEC with redundant bladder. Those who undertake demanding dives in a neoprene wetsuit often miss the alternative buoyancy solution in case the primary buoyancy device fails. For this reason, the xDEEP STEALTH CLASSIC Sidemount RB (redundant bladder) with a second inner bladder is now available. Should the inner bladder malfunction during a dive—for example, due to a puncture or a broken inflator—the STEALTH 2.0 TEC RB now provides a fully functional alternative 19-liter inner bladder with an inflator and second quick-release valve, allowing the dive to be completed safely.
THE STEALTH 2.0 TEC WING.
Dive deeper, longer, and safer. The TEC Sidemount Wing was designed to deliver optimal performance during long and deep decompression or cave dives. With 19 kilograms of buoyancy and only the very best materials, the TEC easily meets all the demands that technical divers place on their diving equipment. To ensure that this large volume doesn't compromise the diver's streamlined design, we've securely connected the TEC bladder to the STEALTH 2.0 harness at three points along the body's axis. The wing bladder is secured to the diver's waist belt with elastic bungees and carabiners at the front.
Better usability - the diver takes control. On many sidemount systems, the dump valve is located on the buoyancy aid side. This forces the diver to use either their right or left hand to open the valve. On the xDEEP STEALTH 2.0 TEC, the quick dump valve is located in the center at the bottom. This allows the diver to decide which hand to use to operate the valve, not the sidemount BCD. Individual configuration - the diver decides. Depending on the diver's configuration, the low-pressure inflator on the xDEEP STEALTH 2.0 TEC can be mounted on the right or left. The diver should have complete freedom to decide on their preferences and not have to adapt to the sidemount system. The STEALTH 2.0 TEC offers all options.
