THE LATEST IN PERFORMANCE AND COMFORT
We're constantly implementing advances in design and construction into our suits. On the D6 Pro Dry, our NST (No Stitch Technology) process uses dual heat-band technology and a seam taping to securely seal the seams while maximizing the suit's overall stretch properties. The inner fabric is a high-stretch nylon and spandex blend that's incredibly smooth and easily slips on over thermal layers.
DESIGN WITH PURPOSE
In the challenge of building an even tougher and more durable neoprene drysuit than its predecessor, our design team looked at some of the world's toughest protective gear from a variety of industries and conceived a suit featuring Diamond Tuff laminate, a durable metal dry zipper, seam taping, and advanced K-PADz (Kevlar) knee protection. These features make the D6 Pro Dry highly abrasion-resistant and ensure a long service life.

The No-Stitch Technology (NST) process creates suits without a single seam. Instead, the seams are double-glued and heat-sealed, providing superior performance and maximizing the lifespan of your drysuit.
Lightweight, low-profile plastic drysuit zipper.
Choose between latex or a 3mm neoprene neck seal for a comfortable fit.
Warm 2mm nylon/smoothskin collar with a vented neck drain provides an improved seal with the BARE Dry hood.
360-degree rotating inflator valve (default mid-chest location).
Adjustable low-profile exhaust valve (default valve location on the upper left arm).
Choose between neoprene or HD latex bottle neck seals with talc pouch.
New pre-installed suspender loops – ready to accept optional suspenders.
K-PADz knee protection.
Your choice of HD-vulcanized 4mm compressed-density neoprene BARE Boot or compression-resistant Soft Boot (see accessories for BARE Boot options).
