Welded not sewn. The secret is so simple. It’s all in the production process. Unlike traditional suits, the seams on the NST are not sewn. The weld is waterproof unlike traditional seams. The manufacturing process combined with an extremely light material leads to a completely new dry diving experience. SEAMS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERRENCE
The application of durable, abrasion-resistant adhesive tape to the seams of a suit can significantly improve its mechanical strength. This process is performed by a machine that carefully monitors and adjusts key parameters like pressure and temperature. Although it is not required, the tape is applied to all welds to offer an additional layer of protection, thus providing double safety.
